WALK FOR MEMORIES
February 2, 2012Photo by Chris Clark
January was Alzheimers Awareness Month, and dozens of caring and generous friends, families and volunteers joined the Alzheimer Society of Guelph-Wellington for its annual Walk For Memories at the Mount Forest and District Sports Complex on Sunday morning. An impressive $14,000 was raised on the day, and adding a substantial amount to that total was the team of Art’s Girls. All smiles, from left, are Debbie Alexander, Jenna Coe, Avery Coe, Nancy Palmateer, Muriel Morrison, Sydney Coe, Betty-Anne Duguid and Peggy Morrison. Absent from photo is Earl Scarrow.
